For each assignment, I will need you to send me the documents via email and, if possible, in editable format (such as Word file or PPT). You can also send me the texts via post and in non-editable format, but please note a 10 % surcharge will apply. In addition to the basic information (brief description of the text, language combination, deadline and purpose of the translation), any details you can provide are helpful, like the target audience or stylistic preferences I should consider.  

You must confirm via email that you accept the quote for the project. New clients are required to pay the total amount upfront.

My payment terms are 30 days (including public holidays) after the final invoice has been issued.

My daily translation output is usually 1,500 words, depending on the text. The delivery date also depends on my availability. Please note that for urgent translation that must be done out of working hours, a 20 % surcharge will apply.  

I accept payments by bank transfer and via Paypal. You will find the bank details in the quote and the invoice.
